Popular blogger Sandra Rose has revealed that rapper/entertainment mogul Jermaine Dupri allegedly called her in the middle of the night making threats to physically harm her after she posted an entry on her website called “How the Mighty Have Fallen: Jermaine Dupri Rebounds.”
MADDNESS FACTOR:Jermaine Dupri actually toke time out of his busy schedule to call in a hit on Sandra Rose, (Sandra Rose.com is a very popular urban blog , which highlights negative opinions of industry celebs). His behavior was unprofessional and just Ghetto! Although, Jermaine Dupri was not the only person to physical threaten Sandra Rose (flash back 2005-2007ish), Usher Raymond confronted Ms. Rose, during her paparazzi days, at an industry event, nearly in sighting a domestic violence case! LOL Fast Forward 2010 and Jermaine , who is actually smaller than the petite Sandra Rose, feels that he can do the same. hmm, I wonder if Usher advised Jermaine Dupri on this matter! … Sandra! ..TAKE HIM TO COURT! ..Can we say restraining order?

“I got people ready to kill you right now!,†he screamed. “I’m letting you know it’s serious in the streets right now,†said JD in a 3-way call from France where he had just finished partying.
He said repeatedly, “I run Atlanta! I got ni**as calling me saying they don’t know what you look like, but all I gotta do is point you out and they will F**K YOU UP!!!!â€
I was extremely offended by all his yelling and cursing and I reminded JD that I was a grown ass woman. “I’m grown too!,†he responded. “I got ni**as that will f*#k you up on sight!â€
He wasn’t at all subtle with any of his threats — even though he insisted he wasn’t threatening me. “I know you’re recording this,†he yelled, “and I’m recording it too!†He made death threats unapologetically: “You already dead!,†he screamed.
If these allegations are true, the entire blogosphere should be outraged and Dupri should face litigation. “You’re talking about the Internet blogosphere, so you’re talking federal statute,” says HipHopBlog.com’s Rocky Williform. “What he did amounts to a terrorist threat.” Bloggers should be able to blog without fear of violence from individuals who don’t like what was written about them. Of course, if one is reading something about themselves that they don’t like–or that they believe to be untrue–they have a right to react. “There are civil remedies for when you disagree with someone or you feel someone is slandering you,” Williform says.
“Would he have called [TMZ's] Harvey Levin like that? Would he have called Rupert Murdock at Fox News?” Williform adds. “New media should be outraged and should send a message to Jermaine Dupri that this kind of behavior cannot be tolerated.” Because the Internet is international commerce, Dupri could realistically face charges under federal statutes, meaning that instead of Rose’s attorney, he could possibly face U.S. attorney Sally Yates of Georgia’s northern district.
If these accusations are true, then bloggers everywhere should be outraged and should set a precedent. The hip hop community should remember that these type of tactics can set in motion a series of events that can only end badly, and anyone can find themselves in a compromising situation. “All too often people are so quick to make physical threats, but the last time I checked, Geronimo was dead!” Williform says.

that’s all good and dandy, but the real controversy is with paris hilton. why is she always in trouble? it seems that she is always in trouble with the law and she never gets into any serious jail time. i bet she will get out this time too. i would bet good money that she gets off this time too. i am so sick of watching this chick get away with murder. she should have to live by our rules!
Hah! You want to talk about controversy? Tila Tequila was born in Singapore. Her family quickly emigrated to a few places then eventually ended up moving to a small town in Texas. The fact that she is ending up with a sex tape is no surprise to me. That girl is crazy, but you gotta love her. She keeps the attention coming.
