The red carpet premiere of the movie Takers, was a star studded affair for the Atlanta community! The excitement of the fans was intense, deafening, and just crazy. There were fans of all ages, including an 60 something year old, who inquired about rapper TI location on the red carpet! Your never to old to get involved with MADDNESS of a smash hit movie! Indeed, there were stars and local celebs out in full force on Wednesday night! The red carpet appearances read like a Who’s Who in Film and Music. They included Young Dro, Roscoe Dash, Judge Hatchett, Chili(TLC),Teyana Taylor,Princess (Crime Mob), Drumma Boy, Tameka Foster Raymond (Singer Usher Raymond ex-wife) , Angie Stone, Lisa Wu Hartwell (Real Housewives of Atlanta) , along with Producer Will Packer, TI , Paul Walker, Michael Ealy, and Director John Luessenhop! – Credit Casey Muller (Red Carpet Reporter)

Indeed,this suspense thriller produced through Rainforest Films (Producers Will Packer/Rob Hardy) is a modern day twist on multiple originals. This Italian Job meets Scarface, action pack film is about a group of high-living young criminals, (Chris Brown, Michael Ealy, Idris Alba, Paul Walker, Hayden Christensen) who bankroll their extravagant lifestyle with a series of painstakingly planned bank robberies while a dedicated police officer (Matt Dillon) makes it his personal mission to stop them in the taut, edge-of- your seat crime thriller Takers. The master mind in this film is rapper T.I. , who convinces the group to do a master heist, in a short period of time. T.I. plays a significant role, as a deceptive, and cruel gangster! Hence, the problematic issues of trust and confusion. During the past year, the economy wasn’t the only thing suffering; the quality of films in Hollywood has as well.
