  In a dramatic victory for President Barack Obama, the Supreme Court upheld the 2010 health care law Thursday, preserving Obama’s landmark legislative achievement. It was a 5 to 4 decision of the court.  The chief justice ruled that ObamaCare is unconstitutional under the commerce clause, but the court justified the law under the tax clause.
