The 2012 10 Annual Soca Awards was postponed today in Los Angles. The 2012 Awards was to take place Friday June 29, 2012, however participants where left in the cold, with no possible refund for their  air,ground,and lodging.     According to gossip website TMZ.com, singer Bobby Brown was pulled over by police and arrested for driving drunk earlier today.   Brown, 43, bailed himself out of the Van Nuys jail after he was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and for driving with the blood alcohol content of .08 or higher.   Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bobby was pulled over in Reseda, CA at 12:20 PM PST for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.
