The 2012 BET awards tribute to Whitney Houston was the  highlight of the night.  This year’s event did not include the normal excitement and shock value of year’s past. However, a notable mention of a suitable tribute of Whitney Houston. The tribute  included performances by Monica, Brandy, Chaka Khan, and her mother singing a special gospel melody in memory to her daughter. It was so touching , even rapper Soula Boy was crying, ( How you doing?) along with other audience members. The new hit show on the CW is LA Complex. The  show features a variety of young actors, musicians, and models, living in LA for  awaiting their big break. The producers of the  show, also created “Degrassi” which was  a modern day version of the 80′s PBS Special ” Degrassi Junior High” . The cause of a fire that ripped through a simulated streetscape at the studios of Atlanta filmmaker Tyler Perry may never be known, Atlanta fire officials said Wednesday. The Tuesday evening blaze at Tyler Perry Studios in southwest Atlanta will be recorded as undetermined, Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin J. Cochran said in an emailed statement. “The intensity of the fire in the area of origin consumed any evidence that would lead to a cause of ignition,” Cochran said.   The man with the mellow voice have passed away. There was no one that could captive audiences on television, like Dick Clark . Not even Ryan Seacrest  Dick Clark died of a heart attack Wednesday morning in Los Angeles, his spokesman confirms. Clark was 82. Clark is best known for hosting long-running television shows such as “American Bandstand,” the game show “Pyramid” and “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.” He was nicknamed “America’s oldest teenager” and maintained his youthful looks into his 70s.    The Miss Universe Organization will allow Jenna Talackova to compete in the 2012 Miss Universe Canada pageant after all, provided that she meet the legal requirements for being a woman in Canada. The head of Miss Universe Canada kicked her out two weeks ago after discovering that she is transgender. The official said that Talackova had to have been born a female to participate.  At the time, a brief statement on the front page of the website for Beauties of Canada, the company that oversees the Miss Universe Canada pageant, stated that Talackova had been removed from the competition…
